What is the status of my background check?

Log into your profile at https://profile.yardstik.com.

When logging in, you will be required to confirm your email address with a verification code. Once in your profile, click “View” to see the current status of your background check package.

 

How long will it take for my background check results to come in?

Several variables affect how long it takes to return results from a background check—like the types of checks being run, delays in the counties being searched, or response times for verification services.

Some results are returned the same day, while some more comprehensive packages can sometimes take 5-7 days or longer to return results.

Background check packages that search county records can sometimes take longer for reasons beyond our control. Some county courthouses don't have electronic records, and some require in-person searches. And with all these variables, unavoidable delays sometimes happen (in some places more often than others).

 

How can I get a copy of my background check?

Log into your profile at https://profile.yardstik.com.

When logging in, you will be required to confirm your email address with a verification code. Once in your profile, click “View”, and select the report you’d like to download.

Choose one of the reports, then “Download Report”.

 

How can I change my email address?

We can take care of that for you! Please email support@yardstik.com and include both the incorrect and the correct email addresses.

 

Why am I not receiving a verification code?

Emailed verification codes occasionally end up in Spam or Junk folders. Please attempt to resend yourself a code and check those folders.

If you are still unable to receive a code, please email support@yardstik.com.



Why isn't my signature being accepted?

The signature box requires that your name is typed exactly as it is written above in parenthesis. Once your typed signature is entered as an exact match, you should be able to submit your information.
